What services does RM Transfers provide?

What areas do you cover?

We are based in the Wirral and provide transfers to Manchester Airport, Liverpool John Lennon Airport, and other regional destinations. We also offer bespoke long-distance transfers upon request.

Are your drivers licensed and insured?

Yes, all our drivers are DBS-checked, fully licensed, and trained professionals. Additionally, our vehicles are covered by comprehensive insurance, and we maintain public liability insurance up to £5 million.

What vehicles do you use?

Do you operate 24/7?

Booking and Payments

How do I book a transfer?

You can book your transfer using our online booking form, or you can call us directly for personalized assistance.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via cash, bank transfer, and credit/debit cards. Corporate accounts may also opt for monthly invoicing.

Can I make changes to my booking?

Yes, you can modify your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Please contact us as soon as possible to make changes.

Is there a cancellation policy?

Yes. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled journey incur no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee, and no refunds are provided for cancellations within 12 hours or for no-shows.

Airport Transfers

How do you handle flight delays?

We include complimentary flight monitoring with all airport transfers. If your flight is delayed, we adjust your pickup time accordingly, so you don’t need to worry.

Where will my driver meet me at the airport?

Your driver will greet you inside the terminal near the arrivals area, holding a sign with your name. For specific meeting points, please refer to the confirmation email or contact us directly.

How much luggage can I bring?

Our vehicles can accommodate standard luggage allowances. If you’re traveling with oversized luggage, please let us know at the time of booking so we can allocate a suitable vehicle.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes, child seats are available upon request at no additional charge. Please inform us during the booking process if you require one.

Corporate and Group Travel

Do you offer corporate accounts?
