Welcome to RM Transfers. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. General

  • RM Transfers provides private hire transfer services subject to these terms and conditions.
  • By booking with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
  • We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time, and any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

2. Bookings

  • All bookings must be made through our online booking form, email, or phone.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate information, including pickup location, destination, date, time, and contact details.
  • Bookings are confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email or call from RM Transfers.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are provided at the time of booking and include applicable taxes.
  • Quotes are based on the information provided and may vary if there are changes to the journey details.
  • Payments can be made via cash, credit/debit card, or bank transfer. Corporate accounts may be invoiced monthly.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time to avoid charges.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the journey may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the journey or for no-shows.

5. Passenger Responsibility

  • Passengers must ensure they are ready at the agreed pickup time and location.
  • Passengers are responsible for their belongings. RM Transfers is not liable for any loss or damage to personal items.
  • Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will result in charges to cover the cost of repairs or cleaning.

6. Delays and Waiting Times

  • Our drivers will wait up to 45 minutes for airport pickups at no additional charge. Beyond this, waiting time will be charged at £10 per 15 minutes.
  • RM Transfers is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic, weather, or road closures.

7. Child Seats

  • Child seats are available upon request at no additional cost. Please notify us at the time of booking if a child seat is required.
  • Passengers are responsible for ensuring the correct fitting of the child seat.

8. Vehicle Allocation

  • We reserve the right to allocate the most suitable vehicle for your journey based on availability and passenger requirements.
  • Requests for specific vehicles will be accommodated where possible but cannot be guaranteed.

9. Privacy Policy

  • All personal data provided during booking is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Your information is used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

10. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  • Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
